Pivot lock for double hung window

Question

Attached are the pictures of my window parts needed. The measurements are as follows: 1 7/8" long/tall, 1" wide, 3/8" deep.

Thanks for posting with images. The closest pivot shoe I was able to locate for you is our 15-167. It is 1 wide by 17/32" deep. Compare your measurements to confirm this is the replacement you need.
