Pivot lock shie

Question

I need the pivot lock shoe, I think, to fix a window.  I have submitted a picture of the piece that broke off which then allowed the metal piece in the side of the frame to spring up.  I also submitted a photo of how the metal piece is supposed to be attached. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that I can't identify what you have based on these photos. We require a picture of the entire pivot shoe without obstruction. In your case, that will require removal. Would that be possible?
