Pivot lock shoe?

Hello Sir/Madam,

I'm looking to repair my windows in my newly bought condo. None of the windows stay open and have broken horshoe looking parts/coils on the sides. I am unsure of what parts I need. I believe it's called a pivot lock shoe for spring balance windows? I'm not 100% sure and figured I'd ask the experts!
The measurements are approximately depth 1/2 inch x length 7/8 inch x width 1 inch.
I have also looked everywhere for a manufacture name for the window and can not find it anywhere! Sorry this doesn't help.
I'm hoping I don't need to replace the windows.
