Pivot lock shoe

Hello. I need a pivot lock shoe the only number on the part is 1 (only have half the piece because the other half broke off somewhere). Found a sticker on the window and here is all the info. 40404 6/25/2010 2CWhiteM SS Bottom 1N HS 0749598501001 WH 00 i7 PBDHWIV440.813x39.375 OR. I was wondering if you can tell me exactly what pivot lock shoe I need. Thanks

Unfortunately, the numbers on the window do not indicate the hardware that it uses. We may be able to help but we would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the other side or another window in the house that uses the same hardware. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options. Thank you!
