Pivot lock shoe

A handy person from Burlington, KY says:
I have several pivot lock shoes that the cams are broken rendering the lock shoe useless. I?m looking to either replace the shoe or the cams (if that is possible). The problem I?m having is finding the shoe online. I have measured the shoe(s) as
1 1/2?H x 1 1/4? wide x 17/32? depth. The balance spring is Unique 27-C-30 (28? long) with a hook at the end of nylon string that attaches to the shoe.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

The pivot shoe is our 15-208, but you should check the measurements to be sure. We pulled up some media guides to help you remove it from the track.
