Pivot lock shoe

A home owner from England says:

The pivot lock shoe on one of my sash windows has broken. So far I have been unable to remove the window, which is the bottom one and pivots inwards. I believe that the mechanism is yours, though so far I have found no markings. The window was installed about 13 years ago. The measurements of the window are height 2ft 41/2 ins, width 2ft 41/8 ins, thickness 21/2 ins. The lock shoe, as best I can measure it in situ is 2" high x 11/4" wide x 9/16" deep. As far as I can see the pivot cam is black. Can you please identify the item? I am reluctant to take the window out until I have a replacement parts, in case a cause further damage to the lock shoes in the process.

Thanks, Brian

Casey from SWISCO responded:

It is very difficult to correctly identify your pivot shoe while it is installed. If your measurements are correct, you might want to consider our pivot shoes, 15-118 or 15-121. Compare the shape of the opening in the cam to yours.

Thank you for your very helpful reply Jody. I will check the measurements once I have succeeded in getting the window out
