Pivot lock shoe

A home owner from Vermont says:
Trying to replace a pivot lock shoe(s) on Harvey tilt window. Picture includes model and warranty in size all that stuff! The metal piece on the sash is bent as shown in the picture and I don't have the cap for both pivot locks. I think I need a complete set up for both sides. Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you..

We can't make any promises without seeing the hardware removed from the window, along with dimensions to compare to ours, but take a look at our 15-105 pivot shoe and 26-164 Harvey pivot set and see how they compare. Thank you!
