Pivot lock shoe

This PLS accommodates a coil spring that extends along the side of the track and keys into a top flange of the PLS. The PLS itself fits in a track that is 1.25" wide. From top to bottom it is 1.25" tall and .5" deep.

I am afraid I can't identify this pivot shoe from these pictures alone. Can you remove it from the window so we can get a clearer picture? Can you also double-check the length and width once you do this? From there, we'll do our best to help. Many thanks.

Actually a good exercise since now I know how to replace the part and was also able to Jerry-rig one of the broken pieces to key into the flat spring so I now have some buoyancy with the top pane. Here are the pictures of the stand-alone shoe validating the measurements I specified.

Thank you for that. I believe this is an older version of the 15-140, which uses our Series 150 Coil Balances. Take a look and see if you concur.
