Pivot lock shoe

I am looking for a pivot lock shoe to replace the ones that are broken. The manufacturer suggested checking here for a replacement part. I have included manufacturer numbers and photos of part installed and not installed in photos attached. Do you have a replacement part?

Your original shoe has been discontinued, but please compare the dimensions of the 15-134 pivot shoe to see how they compare and let us know what you think!
