I have a survivor double hung 7100 window and the pivot lock shoe broke on the right side. The survivor people changed hands and say they don't have this part anymore. Do you know which one I need?

Not familiar with the Survivor line of windows. If you can't pick out the part on the SWISCO website, send us a photo of the pivot shoe you need and we will research it for you.

I believe from your picture that your shoe is our 15-118 shoe, it measures 9/16" thick. Check to make sure.

Is there a left and a right side or do they work on either side?

They are made for either side. Best to check if both are needed to be replaced.
