Pivot lock shoe

Looking for a pivot lock show for my NEWPRO vinyl double double hung window. I'm attaching 2 pics. One is good and shows the spiral balance spring attached to pivot lock. The 2nd picture as you can see is broken so now there no way to attach the spiral balance spring to it as the plastic part where it hooks to broke off.
