Pivot lock shoe

Need pivot lock shoes for SILVER LINE windows series 1000 DH to replace broken ones. Assigned manufacturers code and product line # 352-001. Windows are double hung and have spiral balancers. I think these are the measurements 2 1/8 x 9/16 by 1 1/4 . Would it be part number 15-118?

I'm not sure what it is you have. Can you show me a picture of it? Can you also confirm that those measurements are correct?

No picture because i havent taken the window apart yet. I measured the intact one that was still in the window. The broken ones are in pieces in the windows.

Well, based on dimensions alone the 15-118 certainly sounds like the best match. Silverline used all kinds of different pivot shoes over the years, though, so I'm afraid I cannot confirm.
