I can't find anything on your website that resembles these and I can't find any markings on them and I don't know who made these windows. Do you have anything that might work or know where I might find any.

We do sell pivot shoes. However, if you tried to send any pictures, they didn't come through. Can you show us the part that needs to be replaced? Photos and dimensions of the part will help us identify it.

Thank you for the photos. We believe we may have a pivot that could work for you. Take a look at our 15-220 and compare your measurements to ours to let us know if this is a good match for you.

That one won't work I have already ordered those. The one I need has the two ears at the top. The width of the shoe is 7/8". The width including the ears on the top is 1 1/4". The 15-220 is not wide enough and comes out of the track.

The only other match we have that may work is our 15-213, which is 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick. We don't have anything with those ears, but I'm not sure if they're necessary.
