Here are photos of my pivot lock shoe. The dimensions are 1.625" tall, 1.25" wide and 0.5" thick. Do you have something similar that will work? I don't know what brand of windows. The windows have spiral window balances.

We'll be happy to research this for you, but we would like to see photos of the pivot bar that engages with the pivot shoe cam to determine if anything we offer would be compatible with your original hardware.

The new photo only shows the pivot shoe. What we would need to see is the pivot bar that anchors the bottom corner of the window sash to the pivot shoe. Note that we'll need to see yours fully removed from the sash frame.

We appreciate your patience as we looked into this for you. Your original pivot shoe is no longer available, but take a look at the 15-188 shoe, which is compatible with your 26-366 pivot bar. Review the specifications below and let us know if you need anything else.
