Pivot lock shoe... I'm not totally sure which one it is I need.

Check out our 15-212 pivot shoe. I think you could possibly use this as a replacement. Just make sure that your cam opening size matches; the 15-212 has a cam opening of 5/16" x 3/16". As long as that's the same, I think you can use this part.
