Pivot lock shoe for window

Hello, I'm looking for this part. Old window with not part number on it. I hope the pictures can help. I did buy from you guys some pivot lock shoe that it looks similar and I am waiting for it, but of course I need your advice. Before I have tried to upload the pictures, but I couldn't, finally I was able to do it today.?? thanks a lot
