I need a pivot lock shoe for 23 year old vinyl window thats 37 W by 50 H, installed by former company called Tristate windows of Branford,  Ct.

Our 15-188 and 15-178 were the first pivot shoes to come to mind. You'll have to remove an undamaged version and compare the specifications to confirm which part is the best match for your repair.
