Pivot lock shoe and tilt latch broken.

Unsure what the dimensions are. Also there does not seem to be an easy way to remove the pivot lock show from the tracks. Is the jamb spreader set required?

For the tilt latches, start by removing one, preferably an undamaged version, and comparing to our 26-243 and 26-244. For the pivot shoe, no you don't necessarily need jamb spreaders. Watch the video below that explains the 'cutout' method for removing and replacing this type of pivot shoe. You'll need the width and thickness of the shoe--compare to our selection here.
