I have some defective pivot lock shoes and need to replace them.
Dimensions 1 3/16" wide 1/2" thick and 1 5/16" tall with zinc cam.
Can you supply such an item?
windows are double hung and purchased from Lowes.

Hey there. There's a few possibilities, and the width and thickness of the pivot shoe are more important than the height, but I really can't say without seeing the pivot shoe, preferably removed form the window. If you can send photos I'll have a better idea of what you need.

I have repaired 3 so far by swapping out the zinc cam. If the cams are available as a service part, that would probably be all I needed.
But here are pictures as requested.
