Pivot lock shoes

Thanks for posting. We have many parts that are similar, but without knowing the finer details like your dimensions I can't be sure what to recommend. For the pivot shoe in the left picture, you could start by looking at our 15-167. You will need to remove yours from the window and carefully measure it to confirm that it's the same size.

We cannot replace the shoe on the right by itself. We only sell the complete balance, like our Series 775 channel balance, though I am also not sure if this is what you have.
