Pivot pieces and sash stems

I'm am looking for (4) pivot pieces and (4) sash stems? Do you have any of these? The windows are 17yrs old and manufactured by Kohler.

Hello! Looks like you need a pivot shoe and pivot bar. We can replace both, starting with the 15-175 pivot shoe. However I don't know what your bar is. Can you show me a picture of it removed from the window so that I can see the whole piece?
