Hi,
These threaded pivot pins have rusted threads and I need to replace multiple ones.

Hello,

Unforutnately, we do not carry anything like the screw pin shown in your photos. Our best option would be to see if you could adapt something like the 26-355 or 26-016 to work for your application, which attach directly to the bottom corners of the sash. Review the specifications shown on our product pages and see what you think.
