Hi, Patrick.

Start by taking a look at our 26-226 pivot bar and compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches what you need.

A home owner from Canton, Michigan says:
Thank you the part number. I do have another question, one of my upper outer window comes slamming down after unlocking the window, very dangerous. It is also very hard to push back up, It takes all I have to raise, almost pushing the frame out of the window at the top, getting it up. Any thoughts about what the issue is before I get into it one last time. Thank you, Patrick

It sounds like your window balance might be the culprit. We'd be happy to help with this, but we'll need some information before we get started. If this is a coil balance, we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window to compare to our inventory.  If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

Thank you!
