Pivot pin with 'top' flange

I'm afraid I don't recognize this particular pivot bar style. We may have a good alternative, but before I recommend anything I'd like you to show me a photo of the pivot shoe that interfaces with this piece. That will help me find something that will be compatible with the same style cam.
