Pivot pins and "shoes"?

A quick learner from 60647 Chicago says:
My very old window has broken pivot pins. In addition, one of the plastic slots attached to the spiral has broken. So I would need 2-4 pivot pins and 2 of those shoes.

The pivot shoe resembles either our 15-178 or 15-188. Depending on its thickness one of these is likely what you'll need, but you will need to remove yours and compare to see. For the pivot bar, see if the 26-226 matches up. See the videos on this page for assistance.
