Pivot points for tilt window

Please help me identify these parts. I have already ordered some parts from you but they were not the correct parts. Thank you

Your pivot bar is broken, so I can't b e 100% sure, but it looks like you have the old Certainteed model. The newer version is our 26-175, which works just as well despite its obvious stylistic differences. The video below will show you how.
