Pivot replacement and instructions

As you can see the right side (photo) is okay and the left side (photo) is broken. I need the replacement and how to replace ?

We'll just need to see some photos of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width. That information will allow us to narrow down some options.
