Better Built window pivot shoe

I have 7 windows Better Built purchased in 2004 they are aluminum size 52 3/4 x 62 3/4 model 740 series. I need pivot shoe replacements size aprox. 2in long thickness 1/4in
15/16 in wide color insert is black. Any help would be appreciated.Can I send a sample?

Please see new SWISCO product code 15-212, pivot lock shoe with rear break and black cam, and compare the dimensions to your original.
