The pivot shoe that cracked is 1"width. It was attached to a 1/2" spring bar. One window I need the right and left pivot shoe for (2) windows and (2) pivot bars for one window, maybe 4 matching pivot bars.
My window channel is 1"?

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement pivot shoe you need for your window and channel balance as well as the pivot bars. However, I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware to recommend the proper replacement.
Unfortunately, I am not able to identify them based on the description of the hardware.
