I don't know if these are broken, but my spiral rod balance needs to hook in this.

Yes, your pivot shoe is damaged to where the balance will not connect. To further review, we will need to see the original removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best fit.

If the other side is undamaged, it would be best to see the rest of the shoe that is missing. Thank you!
