Pivot shoe 1/2" Looking for shoe that doesn't have a ridge

Question

The windows are by Style Built out of Chicago, installed over 20 years ago. The pivot bar is different from the metal ones I am finding on the site. I amreplacing the shoes along with the spiral balance bars. Do you carry a 1/2"
Pivot shoe that has the rectangular cutout with no ridges ?

I'm afraid your old pivot bar and shoe aren't made anymore. I don't think there is an exact replacement anymore. It may be possible to substitute your pivot bar with our 26-326. If so, you may be able to use the 15-015 pivot shoe, but these are just educated guesses. I am sorry we cannot provide anything closer.
