Pivot shoe 5/8" thick, 1-1/4" wide

Question

Hello,

I am looking for the part as shown in the attached images. It is 5/8" thick, 1.25" wide, and 2-3/16" long. I can't seem to find anything that looks close in your catalogue. I will be also be replacing the spiral balance with the 21" 600 series.

Also, do you also have the plastic trim pieces as shown in the pictures? These are for the sides and cover up the spiral balances and the other is the bottom (or top) side covers that cover up the knotch in the side to remove the pivot shoe.

Thanks for posting! Please take a look at our 15-047 pivot shoe. Do you think this might work? Make sure to compare its dimensions to your own hardware.

Unfortunately, we do not have that type of jamb cover.
