For us to provide a precise recommendation on a replacement pivot shoe, you will need to remove it from the window. The most important measurements we will need are the width, height, and thickness. With that information, I am confident we can find something that will work in place of this one. I am going to include a video on the most common way these shoes are removed from the window. |
