For us to provide a precise recommendation on a replacement pivot shoe, you will need to remove it from the window. The most important measurements we will need are the width, height, and thickness. With that information, I am confident we can find something that will work in place of this one. I am going to include a video on the most common way these shoes are removed from the window.

From your photos and dimensions, it looks like you can use the newer style pivot shoe, the 15-015. We also suggest the 75-006 charging tool in helping with the installation. Please review the videos on this page for installation assistance.

picture of needed pivot shoe attached. Size: 2x1 1/4x7/16 (2inches by 1and 1fourth by 7 sixteenths thick)
