I went to clean these windows and upon pulling out the top window, pieces of the pivot shoe fell out! Help please!!!
I'd like to fix these for my client. I was cleaning as part of a clean to prep the home for the market. I noticed the top windows were not closing properly and upon cleaning learned that most of these were snapped into bots and the pieces just fell out.

Hi there. Is this pivot shoe all you need? If so, see our 15-105. Double-check the dimensions in comparison to one of your old shoes and let us know if you think this will work.
