Pivot shoe

Question

Trying to identify this pivot shoe installed in a tilt window. The window has spiral balances which are 31" long, 5/8" diameter, with a black tip. I believe it is a 9/16" thick shoe (part 15-121), but wanted to double check. I have included a picture of the cam as well if it helps.

Thanks for posting, Marcos. This certainly looks similar to our 15-121, but it will ultimately depend on your dimensions. I cannot determine your thickness from that photo. The tape measure is at a bit of an awkward angle. You may find it easier to measure if you remove the shoe from the window.
