we are looking for i believe pivot shoes for our prism windows. 2 are broken

This looks like it was our 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below explains more. Note that some older versions of this shoe have a metal cam with a slightly different shape. We recommend swapping it out with your old shoe's metal cam to ensure pivot shoe compatibility.
