Pivot shoe

I do recognize this shoe, but it is unfortunately not made anymore. We may be able to supply it but it would require changing out the pivot bar, too. Before I recommend anything, can you show me the old pivot bar? That will allow me to find something that will fit in the sash the same way while also being compatible with--hopefully--a new style shoe.

Can you also confirm how thick your shoe is? That dimension will be important to ensure our suggested replacement will fit in the track the same way.

I think I can help. Like Tom said, your parts aren't made anymore. The manufacturer of your pivot shoe no longer makes it and they offer no replacement. We suggest the 15-179 pivot shoe with a 26-021 pivot bar as replacements.
