Pivot shoe

A quick learner from Basking ridge says:
This is a 9/16" wide pivot shoe. The channel is 1/2" deep. I can't figure out how the window pops out and so I can't see the bottom of the shoe.

This might be something like our 15-134, but the only way to know for sure is to remove your old shoe and compare the width and thickness. Let me know how those dimensions differ.
