No identifiable markings, any thoughts on where I might be able to find something?
The track depth measures 5/8". The shoe depth is 9/16". Shoe Width is 1.25". Shoe Height is 2 3/16". Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your style of shoe isn't made anymore, but based on your dimensions you should be able to use our 15-121 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know what you think.
