Pivot shoe

Question

I have a pivot shoe which is from a single hung aluminum window nearly 40 years old. The part is embossed with 92-642. The part is 9/16 at edge.  1 1/4 wide. The height tapers to 1 3/8. The attachment to the balance is via a no. 1 hook.

Based on that description, you might need the 15-105. Compare the dimensions to your old pivot shoe and see if this matches up.
