I ordered 4 Pivot shoes for repair of windows---In checking I find I ordered wrong size pivot shoes. I have enclosed some photos of old shoe in window and photo of side by side comparison of old and new shoe. Measurements of old shoe is thickness .538"----Width .964"-----and Length 1.953". Hoping you can identify and supply new shoes.
