Pivot shoe

I have carefree windows from 1999. It appears my pivot stops have failed, prolly due to operator error. I can't get the spirals to stay attached to the pivot block. Are there replacement blocks I can get.

Should of added dimensions. Current block is about 1 inch wide and 9/16 to 5/8 thick.

I recognize this old Carefree shoe. It has unfortunately been discontinued for some time now. We suggest the 15-134 pivot shoe instead, though you will also need to replace the pivot bar with our 26-297 so that it will be compatible with your sash. We also recommend the 75-006 charging tool to attach your 3/8" tilt balance to the pivot shoe. Look over our helpful videos for more information.

It would, yes! The 15-134 shoe and Series 900 spiral balance are fully compatible.
