Pivot shoe

A home owner from Denver, CO says:
Any idea on this pivot shoe.
Some of these are stuck in the track and will not move even when the balancing cord is removed from the shoe.
thanks

Hi there!

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for either our 15-178 or 15-188 depending on the dimensions. You'll need to compare our dimensions to yours to see which one matches best.

As for it being stuck, it looks like yours is in the locked position so we recommend using a slotted screwdriver to rotate the cam and raise the shoe to remove it. See our video below and let me know if this helps.
