Pivot shoe

Question

Can you identify this pivot shoe and do you have a replacement?  The house is over twenty years old and there are several of these that have broken. Previous owners did not attempt to repair/replace them.

Thanks for writing in! Your pivot shoe looks like it could be either the 15-178 or the 15-188. The difference between each of these shoes is the measurement for the thickness; part 15-178 has a 17/32" thickness and part 15-188 has a 1/2" thickness.
