Pivot shoe

Question

Hi - I'm looking to replace the pivot shoes in my vinyl windows. They are 9/16" thick, 1 1/4" wide and 2 1/4" tall. Can you identify the right ones? Thanks!

Thanks for posting. Our 15-118 Pivot Shoe has the same width and thickness you report, and a similar cam design, so this looks like a promising place to start. That said, pivot shoe thickness can be very specific, going into the X/32" range, so be absolutely certain 9/16" matches what you need before proceeding. Let me know what you discover.
