Pivot shoe

Quick Learner from Phillipsburg New Jersey
How do I know what size pivot shoe I need. Also the piece that goes into the pivot shoe from the window is missing. Do you sell that and is it easy to install. Do you have any contractors in the western New Jersey area that installs your parts? Thank you!

Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but I'm afraid I can't recognize this pivot shoe at first glance. The best thing to do is to remove it for a fuller picture, and to tell me its width and thickness. Those dimensions are crucial to pivot shoe identification, especially if there's not a clear match but another could work as a substitute. See the video below that shows how to remove pivot shoes via the 'cutout' method.

As for the pins that fit into the pivot shoe, these are called pivot bars. We carry these too, but loads of different ones work with the kind of cam your pivot shoe has, so I'd like you to remove an undamaged one if possible, perhaps from the other side of the sash, for us to view. From there we shall do our best to find what you need. Many thanks.
