Hi,
I'm not a professional. Just trying to fix windows at my house. It appears that this part in the groove in the photos, off-white, is what I need for two windows. On your site it looks like they are called shoes or pivot shoe or balance shoe.
Really would appreciate your help identifying this part!
Need it urgently to pass an inspection. Two left pieces and two right pieces.

Hello,
I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but what I can see resembles the 15-135 pivot shoe, which is commonly used with the S770 channel balance. See the videos related on this page to help you remove the original pivot shoe to compare to the dimensions below. Thank you!
