Pivot shoe

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window and show us a few photos? We'd also like to know the thickness and width.

Thank you for the additional photos. We can't be certain without knowing the thickness and width but you can start by taking a look at the 15-015. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old pivot shoe.
I'm afraid it's hard for us to get accurate dimensions from photos. We also have the 15-047, though this is 1-1/4" wide and 5/8" thick. We recommend you review our specifications and compare them with yours to see if they align with what you need.
