Would 15-212 be the correct part? And would 26-375 work with it?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 15-045 looks like a closer match for your pivot shoe. This is compatible with the 26-375 pivot bar. We also have the 26-016 spring (sold separately). Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match your repair needs.
