The height is 2 1/4 and the width is 1 1/8. I added also the picture of the damaged part. Can you please help me to identify this pivot shoe? Thanks

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-087 and 15-086. The compatible springs are the Series 180. You'll have to check the coil spring's tongue for the weight code. Note that the width for our pivot shoe is 1-3/16" so we recommend you double-check this measurement once the old part is removed from the window.

I'm afraid we don't, but we do have a diagram that I will post below. If your window track doesn't have a cut out, you'll have to make one as shown in the video below.
